August Open Gym Clinics
If you want to get to know our coaches and other athletes, and experience what it’s like to train in an Apex environment, come to our open gyms! Open gyms are led by the coaching staff for each specific age group of our club teams, as well as a supporting technical director or coordinator. These sessions are great for connecting with the coaches and other athletes in the age group, learning more about our club and getting meaningful reps and feedback.
Please register for your respective age category for the 2027 season. (ie. If you were 14U last season, register for 15U)

Age categories for our Programs will mirror the age categories set by Volleyball BC and Volleyball Canada
Your child may be eligible for more than one age category; when registering for programs, please ensure you consider your child’s skill/ability along with age.

- 8U: Sept. 1, 2018 – Dec. 31, 2019
- 9U: Sept. 1, 2017 – Dec. 31, 2018
- 10U: Sept. 1, 2016 – Dec. 31, 2017
- 11U: Sept. 1, 2015 – Dec. 31, 2016
- 12U: Sept. 1, 2014 – Dec. 31, 2015
- 13U: Sept. 1, 2013 – Dec. 31, 2014
- 14U: Sept. 1, 2012 – Dec. 31, 2013
- 15U: Sept. 1, 2011 – Dec. 31, 2012
